mean something slightly different. Everyone has different needs,
goals and expectations. I recognise this. Communication is key
when it comes to articulating what, how, when you want to
train. Each health and fitness program is tailored to the individual.
There are NO shortcuts or quick fixes, no one size fits all!
I work with you to achieve what you need and want. I can
help you formulate your objectives and we can make them SMART,
ie specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timebased.
It will not be always an easy journey, but it is an investment
in you. That makes it worth pursuing.
