Personal Training

Personal training is the ultimate in fitness training designed to suit YOU, the individual. The training is undertaken in the privacy of your home or, for outdoor work at a convenient location thus saving you time and travel. Sessions can even be done in a pool if this is considered the best way to train, eg recovery from  injury. If you have a young baby, we can even build a training routine around her/him so you don't need  to organise childcare! Utilising innovative and traditional exercises/activities, you will keep motivated to achieve your goals and objectives.

Personal training is varied and it is not possible to all things to everyone. So, I have chosen to specialise in the following areas where I have proven experience and qualifications. They are also areas I especially enjoy and find rewarding. References can be provided.
  •  Functional training for the independent older adult, including balance and fall prevention methodology.
  • This is an important area which is often neglected. Simple specific exercises can be the difference between keeping active, confident and independent and becoming reliant on others for everyday activity and living.
  • Ante and Post natal exercise including PILATES
  •  Low back pain management.
  • Having low back pain does not mean being inactive. A healthy back is an active back.
  •  Weight Loss

We meet on an initial no obligation, free of charge consultation to discuss your  training needs and requirements taking into account your lifestyle, nutrition and training preferences current fitness levels and of course, your health.

Personal training sessions are arranged at mutual convenience. Together we work as a team, with a main objective - success!  Built on hard work and fun!
