One on One Pilates offered also. Pilates classes are in Wokingham and Sindlesham venues . Email or phone for bookings or more information although see below for group class timetable and fees
Corporate Pilates or Pilates in the workplace in Wokingham, Reading, Finchampstead, Woodley & Earley is also offered.
You are also welcome to trial a class before committing to a course, subject to space being available, for a payment of £15. Payment for the course is due on or before the first class of the course.
With the further easing of restrictions from 19 July 2021 you are no longer obliged to wear a mask although some venues would prefer you to wear a mask on entering and leaving. Once settled you do not need to wear your mask. For your further reassurance and safety I will continue to wear a mask when I walk around the class to correct you. The high standard of cleaning and sanitisation of common touchpoints between classes remains too. Hand gel is available.
Due to the restricted number of people I have in class (my choice: I have always restricted class size to ensure optimal teaching) and the size of the halls there is plenty of space still between participants.

COURSES IN VENUE and ZOOM
All venue courses are 6 weeks and each session is 55mins long except the 11.30am course which is 50 mins long, Also Pilates/stretch is a 4 week course and 45mins duration. Term time only.
Please note that NO equipment is provided now and you need to bring your own mat, any head cushion(s) as needed. If you have a band I suggest you bring it. You are welcome to bring your own equipment, eg ball/ring as you wish.
Please note that when I have to close venue classes for lockdown or according to Tier Status, classes continue on Zoom for those who wish.
All ZOOM courses are 7 weeks duration and are 60 minutes. Classes are term time and do not run on Bank Holidays. These sessions are not streamed and are live. I see and correct you! We also have “natter time” before class for those who wish to join the meeting early. You can join a course part way through subject to space.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. There is no carry over of any class credit.
Limited numbers on all courses. Space limited also on ZOOM.
If you are familiar with Pilates then you may be able to join a course part way through at my discretion for a pro-rated fee. If you are a complete beginner consider a couple of one on one sessions to bring you up to speed so you can join in one of the mixed ability courses. Several of my participants have done this successfully. It is also strongly recommended to have private sessions if you are recovering from a back condition and/or surgery or if you are in rehabilitation.
Please note that if you are a complete beginner a mixed ability course may or may not be suitable for you. The classes can vary in terms of pace and exercise, depending on the participants’ experience. I would recommend you call or email me to discuss first to ensure you obtain the best experience from the class
